As managers, we realize that were
obligated to understand more than the letter of the law (and there sure
are a lot of letters to remember). But were also required to
understand how to integrate those laws with our daily supervisory
responsibilities. Whether its understanding when an employee is
eligible for FMLA, asking for an ADA accommodation or wants to return
to work from a Workers' Compensation injury before their risk of
reinjury is over.
